It all started as an innocent radio segment and turned into a media circus for Kyle & Jackie O’s intern Pete.
Pete, who is openly gay, confessed to the controversial KIIS FM breakfast duo, that sleeping with a girl was definitely on his “bucket list.” Enter Adult Press columnist Lucie Bee.
Lucie is quite well-known in the Australian adult industry. She’s an escort on MyPlaymate.com.au, she’s a porn star and she even invented her own sex toy. Pete found Lucie on MyPlaymate, booked her, and brought her into the studio to meet Kyle & Jackie. This stunt managed to shock infamous radio host Kyle Sandilands.
Sydney Confidential’s Soraiya Fuda got right to work, publishing an article less than an hour later, slamming the show for attention-seeking ratings and branding the episode ‘Kyle and Jackie Low!’ She also referred to our columnist as a ‘hooker.’ In case you didn’t know Soraiya, that’s a pretty offensive term.
Adult services directory MyPlaymate hit back at Sydney Confidential, Fuda and the Daily Telegraph via twitter for publishing the article and for “taking the rights of sex workers back to the 1900’s.”
Pete, the KIIS FM intern, wasn’t able to seal the deal during his booking with Lucie Bee. He claimed he was “too in love” with his male partner of eight years. The pair recorded their experience which was aired the next day on the show.
